Inaugural conference of the cycle "The future of work and its impact on vulnerable people. 10 years of the Programme Incorporates"
On Friday, February 24, the cycle of the Palau Macaya "The future of work and its impact on vulnerable people will be inaugurated. 10 years of the Programme incorporates". This cycle is based on participatory reflection seminars on the trends and ways to address the challenge of changing ways of working and the market, and aims to identify the impact that these changes can have on the integration of Vulnerable persons.
The inaugural conference will take place on Friday, February 24 at the Palau Macaya (Passeig de Sant Joan, 108, Barcelona) from 9:15h to 11:00h.
The opening of the cycle will be carried out by Marc Simon (Fundació Bancària "la Caixa") and Rob Wilson (professor at the Institute for Employment Research, University of Warwick, and researcher at the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training) will be the person in charge of the inaugural conference, focusing on presenting estimates of possible changes in the labour market over the next ten years.
Then there will be a round table discussion on the implications in terms of changing work patterns and reflection on how these changes may affect vulnerable people. The speakers for the round table will be: Carlos Obeso (Professor of the Department of People Management and Organization of ESADE), Oriol Homs (founding partner and research director of Notus) and Gregori Cascante (Director-General of the Daleph Group, CEO of Ingeus and Cáritas' adviser on the Feina amb Cor project), and will be moderated by Rosa Suñol (Director of the Avedis Donabedian-UAB University Institute).
