New COMPAR-EU project website

On the website of the European project COMPAR-EU (Horizon 2020) you can find all the details of the project for which we led the validation of the taxonomy of self-management interventions and developed a catalog of results for self-management interventions. We also lead the coordination and management of the project.

Its goal is to identify, compare and rank the most effective and cost-effective self-management interventions (SMI) for adults within four high-priority chronic diseases: type 2 diabetes, obesity, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and heart failure.
