Rosa Suñol at the 16th International Conference on Integrated Care

Rosa Suñol presented the European EMPATHiE project at the 16th International Conference on Integrated Care - ICIC16 in Barcelona on May 23, 2016.

Her objective of EMPATHiE is to contribute to facilitate the development of person-centered health policies and contribute to the reflection on chronic disease management being led by the European Commission and EU member states. Among other results, the four possible scenarios for collaboration in the EU on patient empowerment in the next ten years stand out. You can find more information on the project at this link.
