XXXV Edition of the Avedis Donabedian Quality Awards
The Avedis Donabedian Quality Awards ceremony took place on April 9, 2025 at 7 pm at the L'illa Auditorium in Barcelona.
At the Avedis Donabedian Foundation we have been working for more than 30 years to improve the quality of care. In 1989 the Avedis Donabedian Quality Awards were created with the aim of recognizing the work of the centers and to mark the trends of future development in different areas.
In this edition, numerous entities and professional teams from the health and the public and private social sector presented their candidatures and the 15 winners received their awards in a ceremony held at the L'illa Auditorium in Barcelona.
The winning projects were presented and the awards were handed over by our sponsors, accompanied by distinguished authorities from the Department of Health of the Government of Catalonia, Barcelona City Council and Barcelona Provincial Council, as well as representatives of the Ministries of Health of the Regional Government of Andalusia and the Principality of Asturias.
