Join the SAFEST Project - Improving Patient Safety in Perioperative Care
The Avedis Donabedian Foundation (ADF), together with major European and international partners, is coordinating the EU-funded SAFEST project that aims to improve patient safety throughout the perioperative process. This 4-year initiative brings together healthcare professionals, patients and key practitioners to establish and implement best practices in Europe and worldwide. For more information about the project and the partners involved, visit our website here.
We are now starting the open phase of the project and invite hospitals worldwide to participate in a comprehensive self-assessment process to analyze their compliance with patient safety standards in the perioperative setting
🔹 If you represent a hospital or know someone who might be interested, share this opportunity and complete our registration form.
🔹 Participation in this project is free of charge.
As a participating hospital, you will receive full support throughout the self-assessment process, as well as important information to identify both areas of excellence and opportunities for improvement.
By joining SAFEST, you will be able to:
✅ Assess your compliance with perioperative safety standards.
✅ Obtain expert guidance and receive valuable feedback.
✅ Identify strengths and opportunities for improvement.
✅ Compare your results with other hospitals in the SAFEST initiative.
