Fundació Avedis Donabedian (FAD) is looking for a professional technician in the social sector.

FAD presents a job offer for a technical professional to join national projects in the field of care improvement in the social sector.

Functions

Evaluation of proposals in the social sector, taking into account technical, social and financial feasibility.
Application of established prioritization criteria, including variables of equity, diversity, inclusion, innovation and impact.
Drafting of technical reports with recommendations.
Participate in evaluation meetings to discuss the proposals analyzed.
Prepare evaluation and follow-up reports on the process.
Participate in briefing and training sessions.
Requirements

Education: Preferably professional profile in the field of social sciences (social work, social education, psychology, political science, sociology, economics, or similar).
Minimum 5 years of experience in the social sector.
Languages: it is considered essential to have a good level of written and spoken Spanish and Catalan (minimum C1). Knowledge of English will be positively valued.

Design, formulation, implementation, or monitoring of social or community projects, especially with vulnerable populations. Collaboration with NGOs, cooperation agencies, or projects in public or third-sector entities, as well as participation in previous evaluation processes or experience in social innovation, will be valued.
