We are looking to incorporate a technical researcher

The FAD is presenting a job offer for a technical research professional to join national and international projects related to improving the quality and safety of care.

Duties

Coordination and management of the foundation's research and development projects.
Participation in the design of projects for national and international calls.
Coordination of teams and working groups.
Supervision and/or support in case recruitment, contact with centers, logistics, preparation of data collection forms, fieldwork, evaluation, and audits in organizations.
Review and analysis of the scientific literature.
Preparation of manuscripts and support in the preparation of reports and scientific documents.
Interlocution with other research teams, government institutions, and research institutions.
Requirements

Education: Preferably a doctor, nurse, or psychologist with experience in technical and research tasks.
A professional profile in the social sciences with experience in research at the European level will also be valued.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the research field.
Interest in the development of quality indicators, patient safety, care effectiveness, clinical practice guidelines, person-centered care, implementation research, and accreditation and certification of centers.
Languages: A level of written and spoken English and Spanish (minimum C1) is considered essential.
Flexibility to undertake short-term travel (within the Spanish and European context).
Competencies:
Define and describe research designs and evaluation of healthcare services
Conduct literature reviews and prepare theoretical frameworks
Structure and prepare scientific reports and documents
Moderate and coordinate working groups
Manage meetings
Critical analysis of the literature
Conduct basic quantitative analyses
Identify and prioritize funding sources
Design, deliver, and evaluate training activities
A plus will be:

Experience and interest in:
Managing research projects using national or European quantitative and qualitative methodologies
Experience and/or training in patient safety, practice effectiveness, person-centered care, and other areas of healthcare quality
Preparing manuscripts and scientific articles
Literature synthesis
Preparing and managing clinical trials, preparing surveys
Participating in the development or implementation of clinical practice guidelines
Previous experience in the training field
Other skills: Ability to work in a team, organize and prioritize activities, communication skills, flexibility Adaptability, empathy, and assertiveness.

Salary: Financial terms to be negotiated during the interview based on the candidate's profile.

Leadership of projects in the area of ​​healthcare quality at the European and national levels.
Work location:

Preferably at the Foundation's headquarters (Provença 293, main street, 08037, Barcelona, ​​Spain). However, we are open to negotiating alternatives.
