2022 Reported Security Incident Report (SiNASP)

The Ministry of Health has published the report on incidents reported in SiNASP during 2022. SiNASP is the reporting system for incidents related to patient safety used by public healthcare centers in ten autonomous communities and INGESA (National Institute of Health). The report was prepared by the FAD (Fedda), which was responsible for the technical coordination of the system in 2022 and 2023.
