The Avedis Donabedian Foundation – Avedis Donabedian University Institute (FAD) is seeking to recruit senior professionals.

The FAD presents a job offer for a professional to join the work team in national and international projects related to improving the quality and safety of care.

Functions

Coordination and management of Institute projects
Participation in the design of projects for national and international calls
Coordination of teams and working groups
Supervision and management of the process of contacting centers, logistics, preparation of data collection forms, fieldwork, evaluation and audits of organizations
Review of scientific literature and analysis of literature
Preparation of manuscripts and support for the preparation of scientific reports and documents
Interaction with other teams and institutions
Participation in university and non-university teaching activities
Requirements

Bachelor's degree, Diploma or Degree in health sciences or social sciences
Experience between 5 and 10 years in the health or social sector
Interest in the dimension of quality indicators, accreditation and certification of centers, effectiveness of care, development of practice guidelines, safety of care, person-centered care, national and European research
Essential command of written and spoken English spoken
Flexibility to make short trips (in the State and European environment)
Skills:
Define and describe research designs and evaluation of health services
Bibliographic review and preparation of theoretical frameworks
Prepare and structure documents and reports
Moderate and coordinate working groups
Manage meetings
Critical analysis of the literature
Teach in the field of quality and safety of care
Will be valued

Experience and interest in:
Project management with national or European quantitative and qualitative methodologies
Experience in the field of health and/or social care
Experience and/or training in accreditation or certification, patient safety, person-centered care and other areas of healthcare quality
Preparation and management of surveys
Participation in the development or implementation of clinical practice guidelines
Other skills: Ability to work in a team, organize and prioritize activities, communication skills, empathy, assertiveness.
