The call for applications for the 33rd Avedis Donabedian Quality Awards is now open.

Who is eligible:

Any entity or professional team in the healthcare or social sector, whether public or private.

Those interested may submit as many applications as they wish
in the different healthcare or social sector professional categories, whether public or private.

Requirements:

General information about the project.
Cover letter.
Project report according to the software application guide.
How to submit:

Applications, in PDF format, must be submitted only through the software application.
Either Catalan or Spanish may be used.
