32nd Edition of the Avedis Donabedian Quality Awards

The Avedis Donabedian Quality Awards ceremony took place on April 20, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. at the Axa Auditorium in Barcelona.

At the Avedis Donabedian Foundation, we have been working to improve the quality of care for over 30 years. The Avedis Donabedian Quality Awards were created in 1989 to recognize the work of healthcare centers and set trends for future development in various areas.

In this edition, numerous entities and professional teams from the healthcare and social sectors—both public and private—submitted their nominations, and the 12 winners received their awards at a ceremony held at the Axa Auditorium in Barcelona, ​​​​which was successfully streamed.

The winning projects were presented, and the awards were presented by our sponsors, accompanied by distinguished officials from the Department of Health of the Government of Catalonia, the Parliament of Catalonia, the Department of Health of the Basque Government, and Barcelona City Council.
