Pilar Hilarión, Member of the International Academy of Quality (IAQS)

Pilar Hilarión has been elected a Fellow of the International Academy of Quality (IAQS). ISQuA established the International Academy of Quality and Safety (IAQS) “to recognize distinguished individuals who have made a significant contribution in the fields of quality and safety in health and healthcare. The Academy recognizes excellence in leadership within research, academia, or service provision within these fields. Election to the Academy is one of the highest honors that an individual working in this field can receive.”

Pilar Hilarión's work for social and healthcare integration and her track record in introducing quality improvement in care for the most vulnerable social groups have been highlighted.
