Study on socio-health needs associated with the COVID-19 pandemic in Spain
This study aims to identify social and health needs based on the experience of people with a history of COVID-19 and the healthcare professionals involved in their care.
People aged 18 or older with a history of COVID-19 who have required hospitalization or have been isolated at home, as well as direct or indirect healthcare professionals working in hospitals, primary care centers, or nursing homes, are welcome to participate in this study.
The objectives are:
To reach consensus on the unmet social and health needs, as well as the preferences of people with a history of COVID-19 and the professionals involved in their care.
To identify priority areas for improvement in the care process for people with a history of COVID-19, both during the course of the illness and when symptoms persist or other related medical conditions appear.
Determine the main perceived needs for primary and hospital care resources based on the priorities of the main stakeholders (patients and healthcare professionals).
Financially quantify unmet social and healthcare needs during the care of people with COVID-19.
