We are looking for an Evaluation Technician!
The FAD is seeking professionals who wish to join our external evaluation team to collaborate on projects in the social and/or health fields.
DUTIES
· Conduct project evaluations (especially in the implementation or completion phases), applying data collection techniques and methodologies (surveys, audits, interviews, etc.) according to technical and social/health impact criteria.
· Analyze documentation and data, and prepare evaluation reports.
· Participate, if applicable, in technical meetings or evaluation committees with other professionals.
REQUIREMENTS
· Education: Professional profile preferably in the field of health sciences (Medicine, Nursing, Psychology, or other related fields) and/or social sciences.
Languages: C1 level or higher in Spanish and Catalan (written and spoken) is essential.
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE ASSESSED:
Experience in technical and research tasks and/or experience in the healthcare field.
High level of English.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Communication skills and empathy.
Ability to write reports, presentations, and scientific articles.
Good command of Microsoft 365 (minimum Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint).
