Avedis Donabedian Quality Awards

On April 15, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., the Avedis Donabedian Quality Awards ceremony took place at the Axa Auditorium in Barcelona.

At the Avedis Donabedian Foundation, we have been working for over 30 years to improve the quality of healthcare. The Avedis Donabedian Quality Awards were created in 1989 to recognize the work of healthcare centers and to set trends for future development in various areas.

In this edition, numerous organizations and professional teams from the public and private healthcare and social sectors submitted their applications, and the 12 winners received their awards at a ceremony held at the Axa Auditorium in Barcelona.

The winning projects were presented and the prizes were awarded by our sponsors, accompanied by distinguished Authorities from the Department of Health and the Department of Social Rights of the Government of Catalonia and the Diputació de Barcelona.
