Last Places Available for the 10th Edition of the Master’s Degree and Postgraduate Diploma in Quality and Safety in Healthcare

The 10th edition of our training programmes in quality and safety in healthcare, developed in collaboration with the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB), will begin on 28 September 2026.

Registration is currently open for:

• Master’s Degree in Quality and Safety Management in Healthcare – 60 ECTS
• Postgraduate Diploma in Quality and Safety Methodology in Healthcare – 30 ECTS

Both programmes are delivered 100% online, allowing professionals to combine their studies with their professional activity.

Training focused on professional practice

The programmes are aimed at qualified healthcare professionals who wish to deepen their knowledge of quality improvement and patient safety, incorporate new tools into their professional practice, and participate in or lead improvement projects within their organisations.

The training combines specialised content, practical tools and real experiences in implementing improvement initiatives, supported by a highly experienced teaching team and national and international collaborators.

The programmes are particularly aimed at professionals working in hospitals, primary care, health and social care centres, mental health services and other healthcare settings.

More than 35 years training professionals

With more than 35 years of experience in quality and safety training, we have already trained more than 1,400 professionals.

In addition, the results of a 2026 survey of former students highlight the professional impact of the training:

• 87% applied new methodologies or shared the knowledge acquired within their organisation.
• 63% took on new responsibilities, advanced professionally or redirected their career towards the field of quality and safety.

Master’s Degree or Postgraduate Diploma: two training pathways

The 30 ECTS Postgraduate Diploma provides essential knowledge and tools in quality and safety methodology.

The 60 ECTS Master’s Degree offers more comprehensive training and explores different areas of quality and safety in healthcare in greater depth, while also incorporating practical tools and a Master’s Final Project.

Both programmes award a qualification from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
