The Avedis Donabedian Foundation is looking for a training technician professional

The FAD is looking for a training technician professional to collaborate on training projects related to quality improvement.

Functions

• Design, plan, coordinate, manage, and evaluate training actions.

• Manage the logistics of training (calendars, calls, classrooms, e-learning platforms).

• Coordinate internal trainers and external providers.

• Manage documentation for subsidized training and/or continuing education accreditations (FUNDAE or equivalent organizations).

• Develop basic training content and support materials.

• Monitor and evaluate training.

• Prepare reports.

• Instructional design, design of training programs, student management, contact with teachers.

• Interlocution with training professionals from organizations and with the postgraduate area of the university. Documentation management.

• Update the website (training area).

• Collaboration in the design of new training activities (in-person, e-learning, and blended learning).

• Programming in Moodle and authoring tools.

• Preparation of training content and materials, development of educational resources in different formats.

Requirements

• Studies: Preferably related to continuing and higher education (Psychology, Pedagogy, Psychopedagogy, etc.).

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of professional training.

• Advanced knowledge of authoring tools and LMS platforms: Moodle, Articulate 360 (Rise), Camtasia.

• Advanced knowledge in audio and video editing and communication tools for training (Teams, Zoom).

• Knowledge of graphic design tools: Canva, Pictochart, etc.

• Advanced knowledge of Office environment (Teams, SharePoint, etc.)

• Languages: highly valued, Catalan, Spanish, and English spoken and written.

• Competencies:

  • Design, manage, and evaluate training activities

  • Results orientation and continuous improvement

Valuable

• Experience and interest in:

  • Management of higher education training projects and training of professionals in the health and social area.

  • Experience and/or training in e-learning, continuing education, etc.

• Other skills: teamwork ability, organization and prioritization of activities, communication skills, customer orientation, flexibility, adaptability, empathy, assertiveness.

• Type of contract: To be negotiated, but preferably we are looking for an independent professional for a commercial contract.
