2nd Report of security incidents reported in 2014-2015 (SiNASP) published.

María del Mar Fernández and Joaquim Bañeres have written the 2nd Report on security incidents reported in 2014-2015, commissioned and published by the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality.

In it, they wanted to present the development of SiNASP and describe the incidents reported during 2014 and the first half of 2015, their type and characteristics.

With this information, the aim is to promote the culture of patient safety, share knowledge between organizations and, above all, prevent the occurrence of safety incidents in the National Health System centers through knowledge of the incidents that occur to patients treated in some SNS hospitals.
